Introspection

I didn’t go out on this Friday evening. So I played around with my external flash. This is me (click for a better version):

As usual, click the image for a more crisp, clear version (thanks, WordPress):

And no place to call home.”

Hands of Time

Westhampton, NY
Image becomes more crisp and clear if you click on it.

I usually go to the ocean alone. Gives me a bit of time to think, to meditate, and to consider the events in my life. To think about my very existence, even. It’s really where I feel myself the most. Time usually just melts away there.

As do I.

Studiooo

Here is some video I took, and that Mark and I edited last week. It’s from our first few days up in Southbury, CT, with Jonas Friedman. Our new songs are on an entire new level. They, IMHO, are so much more mature than the EP we recorded with Jonas this time last summer.

The video has a lot of silliness, and some behind-the-scenes stuff from inside the studio during the drum and bass recording. More videos to come.

Here is our Facebook link.

Emarosa

Went to Warped Tour yesterday. Played there, actually. Was a nice break for the band. We won a competition. Five-hundred bands from the Long Island/NYC area competed, and only five were chosen to play at the Warped Tour NY date. We were one of the five. Got to share a stage with one of my favorite bands ever, Emarosa:
